Matlal is an ancient city and the heart of the small kingdom of Citialin, which consists of Matlal and the three villages that surround it.
The Harem
The harem are all kept in the palace and may not leave it without permission from Isi. Isi is the head of the harem and his word is law.
Technically, where one ranks in the harem depends on how favored they are by Charik, but because Isi runs the harem, a member's rank depends on how well Isi likes them.
